Plunge into the universe of the asphalt mines in Val-de-Travers, where nearly three centuries of miniature history await you. The site offers a modern hall that can accommodate 10 to 125 people, ideal for seminars, conferences, reunions and any other professional or private event. Le restaurant convivial avec sa cheminée et sa terrasse, met à l'honneur la spécialité maison : le jambon cuit dans l'asphalte. The menu can be adapted according to your wishes, from a café-croissant to a repast with an aperitif from the terroir. Several activities can enrich the day: get to know the miners during a guided tour of the asphalt mines or solve the puzzles in a team game of Cluedo. The kiosk and the museum area are an ideal place to organize an aperitif to celebrate the products of the terroir and, of course, absinthe!
