The Pilatus seminar and conference hall offers a bright, modern setting for professional events of all kinds. Thanks to its central location, it is easy to reach - a decisive advantage for participants from all over the region.
The spacious room design with large window fronts provides natural daylight and a pleasant, focused working atmosphere. Depending on the event format, the hall can be flexibly arranged: In theater style, it offers space for up to 40 people, in seminar seating for up to 20 people and in U-shape for 10 to 20 participants. This makes it equally suitable for meetings, training courses, seminars, hybrid events or yoga classes.
The technical equipment meets the highest standards: High-speed WiFi, a 4K-quality audio-video system with pointer, 16:9 aspect ratio and a flipchart are all part of the standard equipment. Additional AV technology can be provided on request. Sanitary facilities are available and catering with coffee, water, croissants and other snacks can be organized on request. Catering is also available on request.
The rental prices are transparent and flexible: The hall can be booked by the hour for CHF 120, half a day costs CHF 250 (use up to approx. 4.5 hours, after which the daily rate applies), and CHF 350 is charged for a full day.
