Seminars
In November 2015, we opened our seminar and banqueting area in the new hotel wing. Whether it's a conference, meeting, seminar or workshop, all kinds of events can now be booked here. Thanks to the magnificent garden, the two outdoor tents and the ideal location, the Schützen Steffisburg is also suitable for a wide range of social programmes.

Rooms
The Hotel Schützen, newly built in 2016, welcomes you with modern rooms, contemporary comfort and the latest technology. Free Wi-Fi in all rooms is just as much a matter of course as free parking in the car park and an included drinks and snack offer in the lobby. Thanks to the self-check-in, arrival is easy and time-saving during 24 hours.
The Schützen Steffisburg is located close to the village centre of Steffisburg. In a few minutes you can also reach the old town of Thun with its diverse shopping opportunities and tourist attractions.
The Hotel Schützen is an excellent starting point for excursions in the regions of Bern, Lake Thun and Interlaken. In addition, you can reach the Thun Congress Centre, the Thun-Expo exhibition centre and other event locations in the region quickly and easily. Bern-Belp airport and the BernExpo exhibition centre are 20 kilometres away.
Due to the direct motorway access, you benefit from a comfortable and quick arrival by car and still enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside. Garage parking spaces are always available in sufficient numbers. The Schützen Steffisburg has a direct bus line with excellent connections to the regional bus network. With the Panorama Card Lake Thun guests of the hotel use the buses for free and benefit from many other discounts.

Restaurant
In the restaurant we serve a wide range of culinary specialities. Enjoy a delicious fillet of beef with a Bernaise sauce, or a traditional Swiss "Schützen Teller", including raw ham, Hobelkäse, Bündnerfleisch and Hammen. Let us spoil you with our deliciously cooked and beautifully presented dishes.
