He and his brother run their own breed of the iconic black-nosed sheep and supply the hotel kitchen with the coveted meat. The woolly animal is also omnipresent in the design of the alpine hotel - for example, the perfectly curved horn of a sheep as a door handle in the wellness area or the sheepskins on the seating furniture at the black-nose bar.
