We support companies, universities, technical colleges and universities of cooperative education that repeatedly need premises for examinations. After all, the people who set the tasks, such as teachers and coaches, don't always want to have to worry about finding suitable venues. You are responsible for the retreat, we are responsible for renting the suitable premises.
The search for a room for exams is a difficult one. Many things have to be taken into account, such as:
- so that the supervisor can keep a watchful eye on all participants, for example, pillars in the rooms are suboptimal
- an anteroom or meeting room, for the time before the retreat.
- a reception desk for the identity check (examination badge) of the participants.
- a toilet near the room. Each examination room should also have toilets close by. So that participants do not have to spend valuable time walking long distances.
- WLAN in the room. Depending on the type of retreat, tools that require a good WLAN connection may also be permitted. We will clarify this for you in advance.
- It is important that the room is bright and calming, especially for participants who are very nervous before the exam. Glaring, blue light should be avoided.
